Offer her a decapitated head of an Autobot. That'll impress her

Theblackdragon has much insight! If a girl says this to you I think its a good chance to ask yourself what you really like about her as a friend, beyond desire, if you know what I mean. If there are things, then its certainly worth making an effort to remain friends, shared interests and stuff y'know, that can be really cool - if not, maybe you just gotta let it go.@BassX0 I had that UK transformer comic! Deaths Head did an even better number on Shockwave...

My first Transformers comic was twenty years ago last month. They had already gone into the black & white stories. I remember it because I had no idea who Bludgeon and Carnivac were; I had only been a fan since the Christmas before (1988). but I got as many back issues as I could find.
I have only been out of the fandom for a short time since then; I gave up during G2 because I didn't like the lame gimmicks, the garish colors and the reissues of old toys. Plus Optimus Prime was an oil tanker which really gave me a WTF moment back then although I did think his repaint, Car Robots Black Convoy (RiD Scourge) was a great toy when I got him nine years ago). I came back to Transformers for Beast Wars but I was in my mid-teens then and didn't want to get back into the whole toy collecting thing much although I did like the show. I bought very few toys during the mid to late nineties eventually returning to full swing for Robots in Disguise.
These days i'm only buying a few Movie toys that I like the look of but I did quite like the recent Universe line. I only bought Animated just because it was there.

@BassX0 You have a better memory than me! Was buying transfomers comic around 88-91 I think, I mainly collect games myself now but the transformer toys are still around somewhere - if a bit busted up! I still recall breaking Prime's gun by sticking it into the polystyrene packaging whilst watching Saturday Super Store.I did also recently purchase a worlds smallest dinobot. On topic, I'd only add I have some female friends I think are pretty darn cool...

Tell her you're cool with being friends...but ask if ya'll can still bump fuzzies. Nothing warms up a gal like getting straight to the point.

I thought when a girl comes and asks if you want to be friends, it eventually becomes more than a friendship...

Maybe in kindergarden...
Happened to me. Took a year and a half, and through that time I had to deal with being in love with someone who not only knew, but emotionally distanced herself from me as a result.
A year and a half where we were "just friends," but we were sporting teammates, so we spent 6-7 days a week together - it happened eventually, and now I'm the happiest guy on the planet, but it's not something I recommend - all that time was torture.
I'm also not in kindergarten.

I had a really complex thing in High School with a girl I chatted to on the net, we both really liked eachother, and we were really good friends for a long time, we eventually were THAT close to going out but then someone at her school asked her out and that was history.
We still talk and the friendship never died and I'm glad for that. So my advice is if you like her, then she's obviously worth keeping as a friend too. Remember that friends hang out and do stuff together, just not make out. But you never know one day you may get together, just it'll more than likely happen at some random moment, possibly if you both go to a party or something, having fun together helps a lot.
Feel free to add me to any of the listed consoles or services here :D just let me know who you are!

Well I'm in 7th Grade and I've been rejected 8 times.....

@Supermarioman- Damn, take it easy, buddy! You're only in 7th grade!!! I wouldn't recommend dating until about the later half of 8th grade, man!Just a thought.
Oh, and my 8th grade year was freakin' awesome; not because I had a girlfriend (Though I did try, though she was the best friend of this gay guy. I found out she happened to be pretty wierd, too.), but because I had several friends, both boys and girls.
So I recommend just staying friends, man.
