I'll grant you the first two, but unless someone worships South Park and even ignoring my biases, I don't see people saying South Park is straight up GOTY.

It is well written, funny (This is important), and with solid combat and story. I think it is easily in the top 5 games. Granted, it is for South Park fans, but it is also quite good. If you hate south park, you'll hate it.

I said it in the other thread as well: Bayonetta 2 has to be GOTY. I'll admit I don't own a PS4, so I can't comment on any of the shooters on that console, but if we're not being biased, or fanboys, Bayonetta 2 has to be realistically the GOTY. Aside from the fact that I've not had as much fun with any other game this year, including MK8 and Smash, as with Bayonetta 2, it has gotten massively positive reviews from the media and gamers alike, something most of those shooters can't say.

Surely we're not using the Meta argument on a game that isn't even the highest rated on its platform.

The Wii U gives you a unique.console experince for sure, no doubt.

But in terms of the variety in genres, both the PS4 and XB1 have significant edges over the Wii U, and that's only going to grow.

Its weird how everyone thinks the Xbox One is the "dudebro shooter console" when PS4 has a higher ratio of shooters to non shooters

The irony here is of the top 10 rated ps4 games, there is only one 'shooter'.

Of course though, when you start off with 'I am not a fanboy', that makes your post so much more legit.

I haven't actually played any games that released this year. No games really screamed "You need to go buy me right now, or you will die" and so I mostly played catch up with all the titles I've missed in years passed.

"Framed" is easily my mobile GOTY. Really interesting ideas. Certainly the best IOS game since Monument Valley or Device 6.

Biggest dissapointment: Destiny (Activision sucked the creativity, ambition and fun out of Bungie, a crime they can never undo)

You say activision but Bungie had creative freedom (they own the IP) and Acti only published after Microsoft turned down.

So there's a problem with people liking something?People don't just flock to random things and give them lots of attention for nothing.If a game developed by ONLY ONE MAN was truly bad,it really wouldn't have a big internet fanbase.I personally really enjoy the game,but it's okay if you don't.
