Am talking about games like contra or Mario lost levels or goldeneye and too human.

I couldn't Finnish them no matter how much I tried so are there any games out there that you guy's feel are too difficult to complete even with the Konami code.

Freaking ARMS. Gosh... dang... impossibly difficult... [mutter mutter]

Can't beat Grand Prix on Lv 3 difficulty. No. That's not a typo. Level 3 difficulty.

I'm stuck on round 7. Each and every fighter has taken me 7-19 attempts to beat. This game is insanely difficult. No wonder I haven't been playing much.

Contra 3: The Alien Wars (SNES). Like, I couldn't get past the first two levels. I just couldn't.
I remember the first boss in Final Fantasy 3 being too overpowered. I gave up on that save file and just played my brother's.

God first.

When I played Devil Survivor: Overclocked for the first time, I somehow managed to stumble by accident into the game's second-hardest end route, which is usually reserved for NG+ runs. Let's just say I never beat the last couple of missions.

It was also my first SMT game at the time. Unlike EO (which I've been playing since the first game released a decade or so ago), I'm still pretty new to the franchise. I had to learn a lot of hard lessons: about constantly acquiring and fusing new demons; about balancing the skills available to my demons at any one time; about relying more on deliberate strategies and less on level grinding to beat tough enemies; about never letting my guard down around weaker enemies and learning to save almost religiously. It really forced me to unlearn a lot of the bad habits I'd acquired from years of playing more casual JRPGs like Final Fantasy.

Sometimes, I couldn't beat this Damn song on Challenge Lv. 19 due to Insane arrows during 1/4 song and Bunch of arrows at the end of the songs. Oh, yeah. I play this song, Valkyrie Dimension on DDR X2 Arcade TimeZone SuperMall Surabaya. But in this video, I show it with Hatsune Miku can pass that Damn song effortlessly !

The classic Mega Man NES titles. I've only beaten the first one, but that was with using save states so I kinda feel as if I cheated on it, so I really won't tell myself I actually beat it but I have played it through to the end. Also, I just remembered I played Final Fantasy IV once on PS1, and I would always hit a rock and a hard place where I'd save and then 1) die trying to progress, or 2) die trying to go back.

Zelda 2
Zelda 1 when I was younger, now I just don't care.

Don't hate me because I'm bnahabulous.

@JaxonH Try a cheap tactic. Just stay far away from the enemy and punch to fill your special attack. Of course you should still try a bit to hit the enemy if only to maintain the distance. When its full get closer to the enemy and when he strikes unleash your special attack. Try jumping over the enemys attack when unleashing. Repeat until the enemy is defeated. Seriously there are some fights where this seems to be the only option. Last boss for example. Are you playing with gyro controls?

The last game i couldnt beat was sin mora i think. The game has no learning curve. Until chapter 3 it was just right. But suddenly it becomes a game where i would have to analyze youtube videos to even have a chance of beating it. Seriously why give an easier diffiulty if its not easy at all.

Ya I play with the thumbs up grip. Just seems pointless to use normal controls, even if it means winning, because the game is so much more fun playing it the default way.

Sounds like it could be hard keeping distance like that, but I'll keep it in mind next time I get the gall to try the next round

Glolgo 13
For some reason I had trouble with Glolgo 13 when I was younger.
Contra was no problem, but Castlevania was always a challenge for me.

Ninja Gaiden II (360) - this game was fun, but it was so hard that after I beat a level, I could only muster up the courage to play the next level a few months later. Our original 360 RROD'd before I could finish it, and I sold the game shortly after (because I had no idea that my brother, who hadn't played a video game in years, would soon buy another just to play the James Cameron's Avatar game).

Zelda 2 (3DS VC) - Don't think I even completed the first dungeon, lol.

the Genesis Sonic games - Other than Sonic 2 (on a PS2 collection that allowed you to save), I could never beat any of these for some reason.

Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)

@JaxonH Yeah i also played it gyro but when i had to play with one joy stick i realised it feels better and is much easier. Actually im amazed i could win against other people at all with gyro controls. Must have been gyros too.

Well im off trying to beat level 7 difficutly with big mama. I hate playing with him.

Donkey Kong Country Returns - Those Gold Temples gave me nightmares until eventually giving up after days of trying for hours. Not good enough with 2D platformers.

New Super Mario Bros. Wii - I'm not scared of admitting that. And yes, I AM serious.

Insert Dark Souls/Demon Souls/Bloodborne title here - Played them but eventually, I always feel like I've tortured myself enough for the time being.

Metroid Prime Trilogy's Hypermode difficulty made the final bosses quite simply impossible to beat! I tried countless times over the span of a few YEARS with Corruption, and more recently with Prime 1. I'd feel like I could finally conquer those pesky bosses. I sadly never was able to.

I'd say stick with Veteran as the highest difficulty.

i had a hard time finishing hide the sausage.
but really that requires 2 players.
and if the second player isnt willing to cooperate
it can make for a bland game.
like they say about brawler games.
"they are more fun with 2 players"
so they say

Donkey Kong Country tropical freeze is the one game on my Wii U backlog I don't think I'll ever clear. Didn't have any problems until the final boss!! Insane
