Super Mario World has the largest number of stages yet conceived: ninety-six (all of which I found, seven/eight not myself).

tbqh - It does not have ninety six stages. There are many stages that have multiple exits. If you add all the exits together you get 96 though.

The Cheetahmen off Action 52 were going to have action figures and even a cartoon based after them, but those plans were scrapped when word got out that Action 52 was a bad game.

Still, Super Mario World is a large game with many stages either way. In Japan, this game is known as Super Mario Bros. 4.

Mabbit

in Super Mario RPG, if you sleep in the Rosetown Inn, when you wake up you see Link sleeping in the other bed. If you talk to him you get the legend of zelda sound

there is also a Samus cameo, but that i dont know how to unlock

@briunj04 - The only way to see Samus in bed is when you collect FIVE stars. If you get the sixth one, she'll be gone; so the only time you get to see her sleep is when you have five stars.

Tarin from Link's Awakening looks like Mario.

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons is full of references from the first Legend of Zelda game. As a matter of fact, the first seven bosses are from the first game.

From this video I saw, Link appears in Golden Sun but only inside the ROM and not in the cartridge.

I forget what it's called, but it's in YouTube. You could try "Link in Golden Sun" and see it. I was rather surprised when I saw it the first time.

I wanna say it's a hack because I've never seen Link in Golden Sun before, but I'll check the video out.

EDIT: It's a hack or a cheat code.

This is what you need to check out, lz, right from the Universe itself:

Has the video at the bottom.

Lieutenant Commander of the Lesbian Love Brigade
There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

Huh. They ended up ditching the idea in the end. What a shame.

In Wario Land II, if you let Wario keep sleeping in level one, the bad guys throw you out of the castle and you get to play completely different levels.

Most of you probably know this, but if you hold Z on the Gamecube controller while starting up a Gamecube, the intro sound will be different.

The Game.

Is it after 9PM EST? You should probably ignore the above post.

I knew that, and it actually surprised me to see the consequence of that action the first time years ago.
