@WhoKnew: Thanks a lot. I really like Queensryche, this one is a soft song of theirs. [youtube:vXrTykyHMtc&feature=rec-HM-rev-rn]
This one is heavier. [youtube:2c3g6tTYoxM]
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.
I forgot one this is a must. It's pure gold . It's full title is Several Species of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving with a Pict. [youtube:siEWeBD3GU0]

I don't listen to music a lot, and their music is a majority of it when I do. My favorite songs are Walkin on the Sun by Smash Mouth, and Viva La Vida by Coldplay.
The Game.
Is it after 9PM EST? You should probably ignore the above post.
Green Day, Oasis (although admittidly, not the brothers themselves ), Feeder, Kaiser Chiefs, The Killers, Arctic Monkeys (surprised they've not been mentioned yet), Fratellis, Keane, pretty much anything indie/rockish will probably do me Plenty of others too, but ^that lot probably covers what I listen too the most (although I haven't bothered checking my mp3 player yet, I'm probably missing someone obvious... I'll have a think and edit if I think of anyone else )

Here are some bands that I have grown quite fond of: The Clash The Who The Ramones Blondie Millencolin Green Day (any album before "American Idiot") Lagwagon Less Than Jake Mustard Plug Catch 22 Streetlight Manifesto Red Hot Chili Peppers
Mostly Punk and Ska here (which apparently isn't vary popular on this site) but I also listen to some Jazz, Alternative Rock and even some Techno aswell.
These are all awesome lists! I'm good with classic rock (The Who, Zeppelin, Floyd are top 3) and anything that has come from that like new wave (The Cars, Talking Heads) metal (Iron Maiden, Queensryche are tops) and even power-pop / pop rock (Genesis, The Police, Styx, Supertramp) and punk (old like The Clash and Husker Du and newer alternative rock that has formed from punk like Green Day and Pearl Jam and Nirvana) and also some thrash (Megadeath, Accept) just anything that can be considered "rock" anything else just throw it out the window, really. It's all amazing.
The glory days of punk and ska have long passed, NeoShinobi, so I wouldn't be surprised it isn't hugely popular on this site. Most of the bands I listened to in high school were punk bands and I played in my fair share of punk bands, too. Not much else you can do when just learning an instrument, anyway. Heard Rancid on the radio the other day randomly. Pretty much made my day. Saw them and AFI (Black Sails era) at Warped Tour once, that was great.
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
