I have a 1988 Mario plushie and a "I Choose You" electronic Pikachu plushie. I also have a Zelda toy that I either got from Burger King or McDonald's. I also have a Pac-Man comforter and a Pokemon sleeping bag.

I have a Panorama Cotton teacup, a Chrono Trigger poster signed by Akira Toriyama, an original Sapphire PC Engine game and a bunch of Activision Atari 2600 patches.

I don't know if it counts but I have a 100x78 cm Suikoden V poster that I arranged to have printed for me. It's basically just the cover art blown up in scale. Not a collectors item per se since it's not a part of a collection, but I sure like it alot.
