I have 2 favorites. Simple and Clean from KH and 1,000 Words from FF X-2.

Beware the evil Rocketchu. She's mad! She's crazy! She's a Rabid Pikachu! (But still so adorable)

Not a theme song but love the music from the Underworld levels on Mario - Ner ner ner ner ner,,,ner ner ner ner ner ner
also the lava zone on Sonic.

All of Blaster Master`s songs especially the opening song and the song that plays at the end of the game. Also I liked to acknowledge Mega Man 2`s intro song.

Not a theme song per se but Spring Yard Zone from Sonic 1 is brilliant. The Zelda theme (Lttp Field Theme). Tetris of course is legendary. Liberi Fatali from FFVIII is another fave of mine.

Main theme to Daigasso! Band Brothers
Main theme to My Life as a King
Main theme to Halo
Super Mario Bros. Theme
Main theme to SSBB
Title screen of Ocarina of Time
Zelda theme

Many others. I will post more when I think of them.

"Simple and Clean" - Kingdom Hearts
"Live and Learn" - Sonic Adventure 2
Zelda (Majora's Mask and OoT tie for this)
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest main theme (pirate theme, loved it even as a kid)
Chrono Cross main theme
Banjo-Kazooie main theme (banjos have never been cooler)

Outside of themes, there are just too many musical scores to count...

My favorite video game theme ? Mega Man 2 Dr Willy Stage Theme.
I also really like Scars of Time from chrono Cross, this song give me a feeling of serenity.
