It's always funny to see how many different versions people like, so let's find out what your personal favorite version of A Christmas Carol is.

Mine is by far and away the George C. Scott version of A Christmas Carol.

My absolute favorite has to maybe be "Disney's A Christmas Carol", but the other ones are also really good. It's hard to pick a favorite. I like all of these.

There are so many good versions, but one to check out is Patrick Stewart TV version of A Christmas Carol. I think it was made for TV but it is really good.

A Christmas Carol (1999), a television movie directed by David Jones (credited as David Hugh Jones), starring Patrick Stewart as Ebenezer Scrooge. Produced by Turner Network Television, and shown by them annually. Inspired by Patrick Stewart's one-man stage adaptation of the story, but featuring a full supporting cast. This was the first version of the story to make use of digital special effects. Stewart was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild award for his performance.[9]

Blackadder's Christmas Carol is my fav its the traditional story in reverse, kind hearted charitable Ebenezer after the visit of 3 ghosts learns the upside of being mean and selfish instead.

The Blackadder version pwns all of them.

I like the musical and of course scrooged, and magoo has a special place in my heart, but the muppets is by far my favorite. I watch it every year! Kermit as cratchit and Caine as Scrooge is absolutely perfect.

I do love the Muppet Christmas Carol, but the Jim Carrey version I just couldn't get into.
