There are a ton of them I love and could just pick out my favorite scenes, but I think my favorite episode is when Krusty fakes his death. I don't even think it was the funniest I just really enjoyed the episode in general. Also anything with Sideshow Bob especially his Spanish family xD.

Unfortunately I haven't seen anything before season 15 in a really long time, but The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson has always been a favorite of mine.

Season 2, while not the funniest of the Classic era, hit high on the emotional levels and character development, and Lisa's Substitute best illustrates it.
