Most "newer" tv's have a digital tuner inside them so there is no need for a separate box to get over-the-air digital signals. (unless of course you're talking about cable channels, in which case I have no idea what I'm talking about. ) I've got a 57" in my bonus room, 37" in my bedroom, and a little 10" under the cabinet in my kitchen and they don't require a converter box. However, the two CRT's I have in upstairs bedrooms do require one.
Every year for Christmas, my parents ask for a "wish list" and EVERY year I don't get a single thing that's on my wish list... I used to worry about returning vs. not returning. Now I don't even care, I'll return stuff with no second thoughts.
