Topic: European game guide books

I noticed Japanese guide books are different than US ones in that for the most part they are paperback size and almost always come with a jacket. What are European guide books like? They seem much harder to find, I tried eBay and Amazon but they don't seem to be as easy to find to purchase as US and Japanese guide books. Does anyone have any info on where to find them if I don't live in Europe?

To be honest, I don't remember any Europe exclusive strategy guides. Most of ours (if they even exist) are the usual Prima/Brady Games stuff found in the US. Sometimes literally, they often forget to cover differences in the PAL versions of the games when they exist.

I guess the closest to a Europe exclusive guide would be Nintendo Official Magazine's old Pokemon guides. They used to be released as separate magazine like books at one point, back in the days of gen 1 and 2 (the Red and Blue guide was all one book, the Gold and Silver guide was split into a separate guide and Pokedex).
