Topic: eBay Question #2

Let's say I have a NLife logo (badge, sticker or whatever); i'll use NLife as an example so we're all on the same page.
If I stick the logo on something, and sell it as a "custom" item, do you think It'd be okay?

Even if I don't put the word "NLife" in the title?
Excuse my lack of information.

FYI - NLife is just an e.g, it's genuinely nothing to do with the site.

the people you need to be asking this question are those who own the rights to the logo you're using. if they give you the OK, you're in the clear.

So what was question #1?

So even if I say it's "custom", "unofficial" and don't use the name in the title, I'd still need the owners' permission?

A question I asked a while back.

@Veloster: An Ok I though I missed something guess I did. And yes you would need the company's permission especially if you were to make money off it and they own the rights to the logo.
