I'm searching far and wide for people who have even heard of this anime. But one of the scenes has to do with video games, so it relates to the site as well
It's about 3 sisters who live on their own with no parents. The youngest, Chiaki, is intelligent, middle sister Kana is hyper, oldest sister Haruka is mother figure.
To be honest, people say it lacks a definite plot. But if I had to say it focuses on something it's the sibling rivalry between Kana and Chiaki (the 2 girls in the clip I showed). And they have several dysfunctional friends they interact with as well, especially one named Makoto-kun that has to cross dress into a girl in order to enter their apartment because Chiaki hates him, so he becomes Mako-chan and suddenly Chiaki doesn't notice who he really is (lol)
And there is this stalker named Hosaka who has these strange hallucinations about Haruka. Like at one point the show goes into his imagination, and he's on huge Titanic type ship, standing at the edge with Haruka, and they are spreading their arms just like in Titanic. But it's all really just his imagination.
So what the above poster said is true, it is a slice-of-life with some parody thrown in. I do not know if it's moe though, because I didn't feel like it focused on being cute. It's main weapon is the humor.

I would say YouTube as well, but whoever uploaded the actual full episodes onto YouTube used different subs and they aren't as good.
I actually don't know too much about anime. I only got into it after joining an anime club last fall at my university, and without knowing what is popular and what isn't, I took a liking to Minami-ke.
From what I hear, shows like Naruto, Bleach, Death Note are the most popular anime shows. I never tried any of them lolol
