what the heck is a potato waffle? and ketchup on a waffle? what? I don't understand the British.

I used to have French Toast, but then I stopped and started eating bread and buns that were homemade. Tasty stuff, the latter.

I always wondered how you Americans manage to eat that stuff on an empty stomach. Panckaes are good but heavy.

Homemade bread can also be made into homemade French Toast! I'm across the street from the North Star Cafe in Glasgow -- the best French Toast evah!

I think I have this same argument everyday. French toast is the best because when you add all the good stuff like nutmeg, and cinnamon, they're delicious. Waffles are second because I like crispy food, and waffles have the little pockets for syrup, and even covered in syrup they dont get mushy. Pancakes are last, because: 1) They soak up syrup and get all mushy aka gross. 2) Their cake-like batter is not good in the morning. 3) When they get all nasty with a ton of syrup, you can't pick them up very well with your fork.
