Topic: Do you like the Wii or DS more?

Just wanted to make this topic to see which people like the Wii or DS more and why. I like both a great deal, but I seem to gradually favor the DS more due to a better library of games [especially RPGs], the DS's touchscreen is a lot more fun to play games with than the Wii Remote in most cases, I am beginning to prefer handhelds more since I have been traveling more here lately, and I have far less problems with my DSi and DS Lite than my Wii [the Wii's disc drive quits reading discs].

I don't even play my Wii anymore, except for VC games. DS all the way, bro. That's where the games are at, provided you stay away from the gimmicky shovelware...like nearly everything that uses the stylus for more than a total of 10 minutes.

It's hard to decide.

its hard to decide really as it depends on the games for me but if this helps i prefer using a controller and not the wiimote most of the times if i can so i guess i might say i prefer the DS in this case

Depends on the time of year

I use both quite often and do not necessarily have a favorite.

DS hands down for me. More RPG's and strategy games which are my bread and butter.

honestly, i've gotten a lot more use out of my DS/i than my Wii. I do love the Wii too, but the DS/i has a great library of games available, and there's something about being tethered to a television that i've always hated to be honest. portable gaming ftw :3

I'd probably say the Wii, but the DS has plenty of awesome games too. Lately, the DS has been sucking imo.

Depends on if more DS or Wii games have recently been released. I usually balance it out, but I use my DS more for portability.

Wii, since I've never had a DS of my own.

I like them evenly.

I love them both very dearly. After last year, though, I would have to pick Wii. So many solid titles, so little time.

80 percent of ds games are terrible. only 40 percent of wii games are terrible

I think I would have to say the DS. It just has a steadier flow of good to great games on it. There is simply a gigantic amount of great software on DS. That's not to say the Wii doesn't have greatness on it, its just a little.....spottier. Plus there is alot more crap in the Wii library. Regardless, both systems are excellent in their own right.

I`d have to say the Wii is superior. With such epics like Super Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Okami, Brawl, and Monster Hunter 3, the DS doesn`t have any games in it`s entire library that can live up to these colossals.

But I will give the DS props for having such a stellar variety of RPGs and Adventure games, lol.
