During game droughts (like the one we are currently suffering through), some gamers go back to previously beaten games and replay them once again. While others despise playing through games more than once. Do you replay games a lot?

I don't play games again after beating them usually. A game like Mariokart doesn't really count though. But if it's a game like Zelda, I beat it once and I'm done with it. Then I proudly store it beside the others.

It really depends on how good the game is and how long it's been since I played it. Fortunately, there's a lot of games and series that have a special place in my heart so it's always easy to find something to replay.

I would but I trade all mine in to get new games from Gamestop. As of now I have 4 PSP games and Pokemon X for the 3DS. I really want to replay Sonic Riders for some reason though....
Capcom at E3: Guys we're sorry about how we've been treating Mega Man so we're gonna make it up to you by releasing the Mega Man Cancelled Collection with all the titles we cancelled in the condition they we're in just before we pulled the plug. Now who wants Street Fighter X Monster Hunter?
Depends on my mood and what game it is. My personal favourites, I'll replay without question. If it's a game that can have different outcomes and different choices, I'll replay it just to see everything.
I'm currently eyeing my backlog for the summer. Once I finish Assassin's Creed 4, I'm going to start chopping away on the PS3 backlog. I would really like to replay the Mass Effect trilogy this summer (I actually think I have a half finished save file on ME1), but I might save that for the winter months, when I'm stuck in the house. Nothing rescues me from cabin fever quite like zipping around the galaxy with my Normandy friends.
I play this one game a lot... I actually speed run it... I'm like the only person in the world who does.... it's.... Granted, I run the Japanese version because text moves faster, but I honestly only run Hamtaro games. Beyond that sometimes I replay some Pokemon games, but only now and again.

I usually replay the games I like, 3-4 times. The only acceptions, are games like Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, arcade style games. It really depends on what kind of game it is. I probably won't replay Toki Tori, Mighty Switch Force HD, or Runner 2. They're fun games, but once you beat them, they're pretty much done, and I'm not one to compete for the best times or anything.

I enjoy it, but like everyone else has stated, it depends on the game. I think I have played through Resident Evil 4 the most. That includes getting all the bonus weapons and costumes. I have started that game from scratch and replayed it again to reunlock the weapons. Nowadays, my backlog is pretty large. I wanted to play Xenoblade Chronicles game+ story, but man, I'm not sure I have that kind of time or ever will again.
a lot, there aren't many games(that I still own and already beat) that I haven't replayed
goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn

Hm... it really depends. I typically won't replay a game in a series such as The Legend of Zelda, however, I've still replayed longer games before such as Kid Icarus: Uprising (according to my stats on the game, it says I've played enough Chapters to have beaten the game 20 times), Fire Emblem Awakening, and The Wonderful 101, along with somewhat shorter games multiple times, such as VVVVVV, NightSky, Shovel Knight (I'm seriously almost done with my 2nd playthrough), 3D Classics: Kid Icarus, Crimson Shroud, Gunman Clive Cave Story, and DuckTales Remastered, to name a few. Notice how almost all of the shorter games are 2D Platformers, so that may be part the reason I do multiple playthroughs.
I'm actually torn between playing through my unopened or unfinished games and games I've already beaten at the moment, so yes, I do replay my games quite a bit. Metroid Prime Hunters, my favorite, I tend to replay up to 40 times a year.
