I'm sure you all know what yesterday was, and I'm sure you've all eaten some pretty freaky food in your day.
Post some of the gross goodness you've eaten/passed up. Please be honest with your answers.

EDIT: If you did not snap a picture at the time, you may Google a similar image. The food does not have to be creepy, strange and disgusting is fine.

Here's mine: Finger Food

That's cool. What are those nails made of? Are they almonds?

My country doesn't care for Halloween so I haven't eaten anything that creepy.

Damn. Makes me wish a had taken a picture of the severed arms we served last night. We had to make them with cake mix, but that worked surprisingly well.

@Fox Interesting, could you Google for a similar picture? I did not take a picture at the time, so the above is an image I Googled.

@Rensch Yes, the nails are almonds. The redness is jam.

@shinesprite:

It looked a bit like this, only puffier:

We used Angel food cake with jam for the gore. Tasty!

@Robo-goose Halloween is pretty much only a big deal in North America. Some parts of the UK and Ireland celebrate it but on a much smaller scale. Apart from that, most of the rest of the world is safe.

@The Fox I wish I knew anybody who got that hardcore with Halloween. My family only dresses up...

Don't like Halloween? Then don't move to any Catholic regions in Holland where they celebrate Carnaval in February. It's a bit like Halloween, but bigger, noisier, very heavy on alcohol and most of all, it last for four to five whole days. Doesn't really have the spooky theme like Halloween has, though.

Heck, you should see the haunted house my father keeps in his barn. He opens it up twice a year and people flock to see it.

Keep em coming!

@John My family, actually doesn't celebrate Halloween. We had a party and someone brought the nail biters.

This thread is for the freaky/bizarre/strange/award/spontaneous/unique people like myself.
