This song:
http://www.homestarrunner.com/expfilm.html
It just makes me sad. Not because it's bad or sad or because I don't like it, because it's good and happy and I do like it. But it just makes me sad because Homestar Runner is my childhood, and I remember watching this all those years ago, and then I remember everything else from all those years ago and...
OH GOD THE FEELS
And it also reminds me of when I was little and I was really philosophical for some reason, and I got sad sometimes because I overthought my own mortality. Glad tha'ts over!
But then again, I also believed a fake magazine with the headline "Fiery Visions of Jesus say: The world will end on September 11th, 2007" that I saw in the summer of that year, and I got really, truly terrified because I was young and stupid and did not yet understand the concept of joke magazines. So then I saw another one about a singing alien cat found in a crashed UFO and I felt better.

My 3DS XL broke. The top screen is black, the touch screen has weird lines, and it turns off after 20 seconds.

I had to get surgery on my left ear today, and it still hurts like hell.

I was cleaning my ear and then I accidentally shoved it too far in. The pain was just mind blowing!

Ouch! There an Ear cleaning device in stores that goes for cheap. Q-tips are ill-advised.

There are other safer methods of cleaning yours ears as well. Medical professionals generally look down on using the conventional Qtips for this reason.

I can't imagine how that must have felt though.. lol.

Got my hair cut before leaving for California tomorrow, and the lady cut it way too short. I "look like a cancer patient," as my family says when this happens.

Avian fact of the week: The Moa, an extinct relative of ostrichs and emus that inhabited New Zealand, was the tallest bird that ever lived at 12 ft tall (3.6 m). It was also the only known bird to have no wing structure.

All will be well young padawan. You'll get over it eventually, apply for a new job, get a new job, be happy and go from there. Might as well skip to the happy part while finding another job.

Are you saving for college or something?

No, not even planning on going to college.

Really what I'm depressed about is that the job I had involved one of my two main interests in life, and since I failed at it I feel like that branch of passion has been cut off from growing any further, even if I know that not to be true. It especially hurts considering that particular passion has been with me since I was born.

At least you're not an actual cancer patient (... right?) and you only have a bad haircut. It'll grow back; it's only hair.

Exactly.

What kind of job was it? I can't imagine any job loss being super significant if its attainable by someone your age.

Jobs come and go, whatever you're passionate about should be indicative of your career. If you thought you'd nail everything your first time and find a job that led to your career, you were being a bit too optimistic.. lol
