@That Roman Rooster: i've never even heard of Hotel Mario. is this another one of those CDi abominations?
@Token: agreed. RPGs also make for the best avenues in storytelling, because of the somewhat detached nature of the gameplay.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

I'm the best player ever, and I never even played the stupid game! Sweet.
Man, those cut scenes sucked. How's the GAME, though? I hear the Zelda CDi games actually weren't too bad once you got past the animation.

I never played Hotel Mario, and I have no idea how it plays.

I'm very much looking forward to a videogame version of Wuthering Heights.
I probably shouldn't say things like that. Some game developer somewhere might read it and think it's a good idea.

If it's a game that can use a good storyline, then yes, please.

Bronte and Dickens. And bad, bad source material for video games.
I'd love an RPG based on Don Quixote, which someone (pixelman?) mentioned at some point in another thread. How awesome would that be? Or one based on Joyce's Ulysses. Imagine that...a 700 hour game where all you do is walk around Dublin hallucinating creatures from The Odyssey while your wife has sex with an actor.
Well, I'd buy it.

@chicken.... don quixote i could see. i mean, heck, if they're doing the inferno, why not the don? or what about an Awakening game? "How many affairs can you have? My high score is 49,008!"
