Ok! Just to let everyone know, I have tested this a bit with some matches and did quite well, I did change some things throughout but some moves and items I am just not to shore on and if you have better ideas for me go right on and tell me about it.

Overall pretty good! Idk about hypnosis on Ninetails though. It's unreliable. Maybe energy ball (it can learn that right? I thought mine had it.) or hidden power for coverage. Although you'll probably hit most of those harder with a sun powered flamethrower.
You have three pokemon with life orb xD Honestly I would just switch out lefeon for Exegutor or Snorlax.
As much as I don't like the term "OU" you have solid team covering your fields, but you have too many life orbs on them, which is not allow for online battle.
If anything, you could use a bulky pokemon, but there not many bulky fire types.

As for item limits, I'm pretty sure you're not even allowed to have two of any held item. So gonna have to do something about that. Maybe try to switch Venasaur to a support guy that still attacks.

I have been useing this team for a while now and it's amazing, with Chlorophyll it doubles the speed of pokemon under the sun allowing even my Vena to our speed a Ninjask with a speed boost, leafeon you can forget it. Once I get a swords dance on my my leaf and growth on my Vena and my opponent does not have heatran? I am sweeping even if you have blisity fighting my Vena. even if they do have heatran my volcarona will kill it in one shot every time with hidden power ground. And as for hypnoses on ninetails is perfect for a set up, ya I might miss, but sence she can take a unboosted earthquake it does not matter much.
Xatu is actually in Uber as well, his ability magic bounce is amassing, I usually open with him put up dule screens or my ninetails for the sun, sence Xatu tends to die in the beggining and most people try to protect him I got Espeon so I don't have to worry, I switch out to her if I see a Seatlh rock user at all, get a calm mind boost and use hidden power fire if I had my nine out. And you can have a entire team with life orb. Lol even with speed boost blaze it is NOT outspeeding my vena under the sun.

I like to have a match against you, but my Pokémon are still in the prototype stage.
With a single boost and life orb I OHKO even the strongest of pokemon, I 3HKO a Evolute chansey once with my boasted Vena, I kill any dragon with a single boost and kill voca with a single.

Sorry to say there are many other strategies to counter out yours if you get the unlucky opponent, and that typis. D:
Also three of your pokemon are holding life orbs pretty sure that's not allowed, some of your pokemon could be holding better items.
