Because even Nintendo fans need a place to vent- I mean discuss any issues they might have with good ol' Ninty. After all, nothing's perfect.
I do urge everyone to keep things civil, however. This is purely opinionated, so If you don't agree with someone's opinion, that's fine. It wouldn't be a discussion if everyone agreed on everything. However, whether you agree or not, you must always respect another's opinion. If you can't do that, then I strongly urge you to reframe from posting in this thread. Remember, just because you don't have any complaints against Nintendo doesn't mean no one else should either, or Vice-Versa.
Remember, this is a place to voice even the most miniscule of complaints, so go to town. I'll start with something relatively trivial, then I'll post the rest of my complaints once I see how things are going:
Nintendo is putting too much focus on Wiiware and DSiWare and not enough on VC, at least as far as downloadables are concerned. Yet, they haven't been doing enough to promote any of their services. In fact, I don't think most consumers even know what Wiiware or DSiware or the Virtual Console even are, or know that its on their console. If Nintendo could do more educate their customers, it would surely be of benefit to both themselves and the developers putting games on their services. Why they choose to do so little I'll never understand.
Wiiware is a waist. That is all. Anyway, i don't see much bad from nintendo 'cept for the fact they're not releasing any of the good VC games from their back-up supply.
I agree, they should advertise vc, wiiware and dsiware more. I think the reason why we're getting vc-less weeks is because there aren't many companies supporting it. I hope nintendonerd doesn't come here, he'll probably have another one of his wiiware rants.
Nintendo desparately needs better online support (thank goodness they know about this little flaw). Hopefully the 3DS will bring out more online functions. That, and the fact that they aren't releasing so many Virtual Console games anymore. Bring on Yoshi's Island and Earthbound, for Pete's sake!
Many of my complaints emerge regarding their whole online approach. Not only that many (but not all) Wii games with online components are laggy, but the lack of DLC, patches where needed and even raising the size cap for Wiiware titles.
In the end, though, I think Nintendo fanboys are going to miss the whole point of this thread and get it locked.
I was excited to hear is was coming out but disappointed that I have to buy another system to play it... and it's a system with smaller screens that the original DS Lite, that's crazy. In a years time they will take my money again with the 3DS XL, I know it will happen
I don't like the fact that there's no foot massage peripheral for the Wii yet. my Wii also absolutely refuses to take out the trash, and i've told it at least twenty times that Friday is trash day in our neighborhood. I wish Nintendo would do something about this.

I agree that Nintendo hasn't released enough VC games. I think Mariofanatic hit the nail right on the head that 3rd parties probably just aren't supporting it enough, and I think that probably had to do with lack of sales, which it turn stems from the lack of advertising, as well as other frustrations, such as the lack of a defined release schedule.
Right, they definitely need to do something to improve their online services next gen. You would've thought Nintendo learned from last gen just how important a good online service really is. I often find that, especially with multi-system games, I usually go with the HD games simply because I know the online interactions will be far better and easier to manage.
Nintendo's refusal to implement the Pizza Cooker Channel onto the Wii is a blatant misregard for the feelings of the masses.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
Biggest complaint would have to be that Nintendo needs to be willing to basically bribe third parties otherwise the third party support will only be token, most obvious example is Saints Row on the 3DS which sounded pretty cool but has since been revealed to be a port of an Xbox Live game designed to market Saints Row 3... Ninty either needs to tell them not to bother or offer them incentives to get a quality entry in the franchise.
