Are all the new classic consoles, from other regions that is, Sega, Nintendo, and eventually PC Engine...playable in the U.S.?

Nintendo's classic consoles both use USB for power, rather than a direct wall outlet, so you should be fine as long as you can get power from a USB port somewhere.
