I couldn't think of anything to say, so I'll just quote this.

The Game.

Is it after 9PM EST? You should probably ignore the above post.

To be fair, the Star theme is hardly the world's most complex or uniquely structured piece of music. It's like, the same note a few times followed by the same sequence slightly higher.

Still pretty funny though.

Looks like it's time for yet another person to sue Coldplay over this song!

Yes, bands slow down everything by 200% and use it in songs.

It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!

.

Agreed.

I despise Coldplay, though, so I'll just spread the rumor as often as I can that they intentionally stole it.

considering that they already stole it from one person, that dude would have to have stolen the Starman theme, not them. i'm not up for slinging mud at the one dude over this, lol; he's had enough problems thanks to this song :/

If anyone is curious about the serious complaints of plagiarism Coldplay faces over this song, then take a listen:
