I got platinum and ordered the majora's mask cd. Problem is, the CD case is broken in the wrap. Anyone else have damaged or ruined club nintendo merch?

Ok thanks guys. I do remember Nintendo being very friendly in the past, I haven't had any customer service contact in close to a decade, hopefully they're still as friendly as before.

I do believe that's not the fault of Club Nintendo, that would likely be the doing of the incompetent postal worker ferrying around your precious cargo. Therefore, the only logical solution is to don your postman's cap and go postal on the system.
