Topic: Club Nintendo Error Revision

As some of you may know, Kirby Patch Set (A), an item recently added to Club Nintendo, was sent to the first handful of folks who ordered it only for them to find that the Kirby patch was flawed. The blue and white in Kirby's eyes were swapped giving Kirby a weird, lifeless look. That was about a month and a half ago and It wasn't really to big of a deal to me and I just moved on. Well today, another set of those patches showed up in the mail with a letter from Nintendo apologizing for the error of the first batch. These new ones were obviously fixed and looked great. But Nintendo did something a little extra. Also included was a "limited edition" parachute Kirby patch that isn't available anywhere, not even Club Nintendo! Its reasons like this that I just love Nintendo so much, they go out of their way to do something nice when they don't really need to. Plus that special patch should make a nice little collector's item since there probably aren't many out there! I'd just like to say thanks to Nintendo! They totally rock! Did anyone else receive the original error patches and get this nice surprise?

This makes me all the more mad that I wasn't able to get one of those before they were sold out, but good for you! That's awesome! Nintendo takes good care of it's customers.

Here is a pic of the special patch. It didn't come in a little package like the other Club Nintendo patches but that just adds to the limited special-ness of it!

@NintyFan: If you are super desperate for a coin boost for a certain item, you can typically find codes for a total of 60 coins each for about 3 dollars each. That's what I do when I lack a certain number of coins and it ends up being a lot cheaper than buying that item from ebay. Plus it adds to you yearly total!
