Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a New Hampshire Attorney at Law wishing to remain anonymous. I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on July 21st, 2017. My client was verbally attacked by representatives of NintendoLife Forums while seeking advice on that day.

They offered nothing by way of apology upon reply, instead choosing to bully and troll my client, Mr. Theodore "Ted" Krasinski of NH Affiliates. They then proceeded to present a range of intolerable and ultimately bogus advice to him. I asked that he ignore such phony advice, but he became increasingly worried to the brink of severe anxiety. We ended our session after 3 days without either of us having accomplished anything due to interference.

I am most annoyed that I wasted a full weekend helping Mr. Krasinski address his complaint. Not being his fault, my impression of NintendoLife Forums has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how his existing business is being hijacked by your firm. Furthermore, the people of the forums' inability to communicate in a decent and adequate manner mean that I have had to engage the services of professional help for him.

I trust this is not the way these forums wish to offer "advice" with our clients—I have been with him since he registered and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Attorney and Representative of Law Offices in Vermont and New Hampshire (LOVNH)
