Topic: Choose one game to last you for eternity

So if you died and got stuck in purgatory for eternity, what ONE game would you want to have with you?

And sorry, but there's no Wi-Fi in purgatory so it has to be OFFLINE, SINGLE-PLAYER only (the game itself can have online/multiplayer functionality, but you're not able to play them).

I've not actually chosen myself yet, but I love football so I might have to be terribly dull and choose one of the FIFAs (preferably one with a challenge mode - FIFA 06 on the Gamecube is the only one I've played with a challenge mode, but I loved it), or maybe Mario Strikers on the Gamecube (or Strikers Charged on the Wii, not sure which one I prefer).

NB. I'm not actually a subscriber to notions of purgatory etc., just go with it...

Animal crossing. It would sorta be like being alive. Things change everyday, people (animals) to interact with, Money, debts, fishing, gardening and furniture that falls from trees. Just like being alive

Easily Animal Crossing. That game has so much to do, there's no murdering involved, and the characters are surprisingly realistic (other than the fact that they're animals, of course)

You know, so I can get sucked into the game, then hopefully find some way from there back to here.

Probably Smash bros. I wonder how much my skills will improve from an eternity of playing Smash.

Wait, no multiplayer? Not even local? Like if I was all alone? Well if I can't pick Kirby Air Ride, I gotta go with @Morpheel's choice of Petit Computer, or even better, SmileBASIC, even if it has t released outside Japan yet. With SmileBASIC, I could probably just remake almost any game I wanted to play, and then do whatever I want to it. I mean, if this would be for eternity, I think I could take my time.

Something open ended that differs each time you play it, Civilization or perhaps Frontier: First Encounters.

Oh, one game that I'd have to play over and over again with no end in sight? Pokemon. Easily Pokemon. Preferably Pokemon Black, but Pokemon X or Alpha Sapphire would be fine, too.

Now if I could have one game that never ended? Mega Man. Oh God, I could never get tired of playing new Mega Man levels...makes me sad Mega Man Universe was cancelled...

Can Minecraft be played offline? I was under the impression even the singleplayer was connected to some server. Just asking, really. I played the demo for it recently, it was way more fun than I anticipated...
