I like several kinds of cheese and I hope to try a greater variety of them as I live. My favorite when eaten plain has got to be smoked gouda. 😋

EDIT: Or, to prevent the imminent lock, we could retool this thread to be about games, films, etc. that are cheesy. Whatever, I don't know why either.

Among cow milk cheeses, Gouda's definitely my favorite, followed by good ol' Cheddar.

I don't really know where I'd place Goat cheese, as it tastes so distinctly different.
