There can't be too many non Nintendo characters, as it would lose the Nintendo focus...at most there should be maybe no more than 5 special fighters who are non Nintendo

Mega Man, Bowser Jr.(Uses the Koopalings as his Final Smash), Fawful, Pac-Man, and Ichigo Kurosaki are only a few of the characters I would love to have in it
Definitely Boo or King boo. Gooper Blooper would be cool, but he might be better suited for a boss fight. Shy Guy or Fly guy. And I would want waddle dee to be it's own character.

There a lot of characters that I REALLY want in Smash, so I am just gonna same my most wanted though. Geno, Banjo-Kazooie, Mega Man, Bomberman, Pac-Man, and Starfy!

Squeenix said no to the addition of Geno, so there should not have been a slot for him. When did the developers say that? Where do you get this info?

alright, there was a japanese website that held a contest for the top ten smash bros characters a while back. geno was number one after the vote was counted and they added him. then the reason brawl delayed was because square found out and they made nintendo remove him. also the forest maze song is still in the brawl code so if you hack the game you can find it still there. that last random slot was for geno. so with geno removed they added the next ten characters(2-11). go on youtube and you'll see the hacks people did to find the forest maze song code. and there is a hack someone did with geno in brawl and it looks real.

go on youtbe and type in forest maze song in brawl. hackers found the code. brawl was delayed the second time because of geno and they removed him. google it and you'll find out. all facts
