Anne Hathaway in skin tight clothing? Works for me!

I'm surprised they're using Bane, but it can't be worse than when they used him in Batman and Robin. God, thinking about that movie still pisses me off.

That's one of those movies I can't even enjoy in an ironic sense. It fills me with murderous thoughts towards Joel Schumacher.

Well I think they are going to have Bane how he is suppose to be rather than how he was in Batman and Robin. I couldnt stand how they had Bane in Batman and Robin of course nothing was as bad as Arnold's Mr Freeze. "Ice to see ya!"

I wonder if they are going to do the whole Batman back breaking arc.

Leave Joel Schumacher alone. He brought Kiefer Sutherland into our world.

I will admit Joel Schumacher is a good director he just wasnt right for Batman. Kinda funny how they got rid of Burton cause they felt Batman and Batman Returns was too dark and now look at this current Batman series.

@Tasuki
The back breaking incident is the obvious way to go, but it may be too lengthy to squeeze into a movie without serious alterations.

@OtherL
I actually really enjoy The Lost Boys, so I don't hate Shumacher altogether.

Not too excited about Hathaway (not displeased, though...), but Tom Hardy as Bane should be very interesting.

@The Fox: Perhaps they might end it on that note. I could see them ending this series with a crippled Batman after all that was one of the defining arcs they had. Its should that Batman was human just like the rest of us.

Was hoping it wouldn't be Catwoman, but I do like Anne Hathaway

Stine

I like Hathaway, but I don't know if she's right for this role. Will be hard to beat Michelle Pfeiffer.

irken004

I kinda figured Catwoman would be thrown into the mix, but I was kinda hoping for the Riddler to appear

Well from the choice that they had I have to say she seemed the best one.

Rachel Weisz, Naomi Watts, Natalie Portman, Anne Hathaway, Blake Lively, Charlize Theron, Vera Farmiga and Keira Knightley were considered for the lead female role.

Okay, out of those, I've gotta agree Hathaway is the best choice. I think she's gonna be good; Nolan's films aren't exactly known for bad acting or anything.

EvilRegal

Shoot. Once again, Parker Posey fails to even be mentioned for a role she was born to play: Catwoman. Superman Returns may have made a few million more with her as Lois Lane instead of Kate Bosworth.

Let's attack aggressively, kupo! :D

Haha! I called Bane.

I love Anne Hathaway, and hopefully she can pull of a great performance.
