There are a lot of classic Capcom Fighters we know and love, but If you want to play it at home, then there are 2 different ports (Obviously). There are the PS1 ports and the Saturn ports. Some of the capcom fighters game has a HUGE difference from each port (i'm looking at you X-men Vs. Street Fighter). I'll provide few video examples for each port.

X-Men Vs. Street Fighter:

Sega Saturn port

PS1 port

Vampire Savior/ Darkstalkers 3:

Sega Saturn port

PS1 port

Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter:

Sega Saturn port

PS1 port

Which ports do you think that are near Arcade perfect?

All of them Saturn...every one of them. The Playstation was many things, but a super powerful is not one of them.

+1 The Saturn ones. The Saturn was a much more capable 2d machine than the PS1, the vs. series in particular are night and day better on the Saturn compared to the restricted PS versions

Rimmer: "Look, I think we've all got something to bring to this conversation, but I think that from now on the thing you should bring is silence."

Homer: "Oh people can come up with statistics to prove anything Kent. Forfty percent of all people know that."

The Saturn had extra RAM that could be used to improve 2D games. Besides Capcom, the SNK games come to mind.

I will comment in this thread, never being able to find it again.

Ha, this is very true. If you didn't have a Neo Geo CD, then the Saturn version would be the reasonable choice to play SNK games.
