Thus the dawn of morning came,
the light of sun was burst aflame.
As the blue lit up the sky,
the morning doves they did cry.
I awoke swiftly to see my love,
wrapped around me like a glove.
And so I gazed upon her there,

I bet people would read more,
If you wrote poems as you blogged,
People wouldn't be a bore,
And you work wouldn't get slogged.

Oh come on you guys! It's just a place where we can share ideas. You know how many "pointless" threads there are on here? At least I'm trying to do something meaningful.

I am a cat
Cats are also known as the domestic cat or housecat
to distinguish it from other felids and felines,
s a small, furry, domesticated, carnivorous mammal that is
valued by humans for its companionship and for its ability to
hunt vermin and household pests.

Cats have been associated with humans for at least 9,500 years,
and are currently the most popular pet in the world.
Owing to their close association with humans, cats are now found almost everywhere in the world.

Cats are similar in anatomy to the other felids, with strong,
flexible bodies, quick reflexes, sharp retractable claws,
and teeth adapted to killing small prey. As nocturnal predators,
cats use their acute hearing and ability to see in near darkness to locate prey.

Not only can cats hear sounds too faint for human ears,
they can also hear sounds higher in frequency than humans can perceive.
This is because the usual prey of cats (particularly rodents such as mice)
make high frequency noises, so the hearing of the cat has evolved
to pinpoint these faint high-pitched sounds.

Cats also have a much better sense of smell than humans.

Rhythmic structure is for losers.

Rhythmic structure is what defines poetry. Would you listen to a rap that doesn't have any rhyming?

The Kingdom of Romania emerged
when the principalities of Moldavia and Wallachia
were united under Prince Alexander Ioan Cuza in 1859.

Independence from the Ottoman Empire was declared on May 9, 1877,
and was internationally recognized the following year.
At the end of World War I, Transylvania, Bukovina and Bessarabia
united with the Kingdom of Romania.

Greater Romania emerged into an era of progression and prosperity
that would continue until World War II. By the end of the War,
many north-eastern areas of Romania's territories were occupied by the Soviet Union,
and Romania forcibly became a socialist republic and a member of the Warsaw Pact.

This poem makes me cry tears of passion every time I read it.
