Hey guys, i hope you are all just as excited about the new F1 season. I was thinking of setting up a fantasy league, similair to the Nintendolife Fantasy Football League. If i get enough interest, ill set it up and post the url here so you guys can see what you think.
F1, huh? Never been a fan, but it's certainly more interesting than Nascar. There is sizable European membership here, so I don't think you'll have too many problems finding interested peeps.

Count me in, not sure how it will work but I'm up for it.
I'm looking forward to the new F1 season, it's going to be good seeing Shumacher racing against Alonso, Hamilton and Button. I went to the Belgian GP last year and had a awesome weekend, I am hoping to go again this year to either the Belgian or German GP or both if I can afford it.

Cant wait to see Schumacher back either. The days with him and Irvine at Ferrari will never be forgotten, even if he wins in silver.
There is still one driver to be announced, and i dont want to set it up and choose drivers till we see what the Force India situation will turn out like.

heres how it will work. Each driver will earn points depending on their qualifying position and on their final position in the race. Everyone gets to choose a certain amount of drivers, i'll wait and see how many people we will have until i decide.

www.nlf1.webs.com is the URL. I would have used an official Fantasy site, but i didnt like any of their point-scoring systems or the fact that they used chassis as point scorers as well, so i tried something a little bit different for this league.

A lot of it is explained above, but im thinking of using a neat little rule which will mean that each driver may only score points for 1 team. If any teams drop out or are introduced, those driver changes will be reflected. Drivers will be able to be traded with other teams until a certain date which is undecided as yet.
Machu, maybe you could create some team logos once guys decide on names and that kinda thing. That would be great. Dont forget to add your team name to your profile.
Start seein which drivers you might want. 2 have yet to be confirmed, and 2 of the teams may not even make it, with one looking to replace them, so until we get more information on that, we cant do much. Not long now though, hopefully
