Well, Child's Play is on hold. Pixel Dash is back in development with a new name. I'm working on creating Unity templates to sell on the Asset Store so I can fund my game.

Secondly, concept art is in production and we have decided that we want to have a "demo" of three levels by the end of the summer. The three level themes are being kept within the team for now though.

So, our team is down to 5 members. We have two composers and we are getting samples of tracks in as we speak. Art is coming slowly but steadily and I've almost got gameplay sorted.

Clearly yes. Amidst my YouTube channel, forum moderation for my partnership company, recovering from a year of university, moving around a lot, depression from bullying from those on my course, even online, and my increasingly painful knees that stop me walking far, there is, indeed a game.

Unity 4/5 at the moment. Don't have anything in there yet. Models will be done in 3DS Max, which is the software Ive been trained in, and at the moment it is being developed for PC. With a very strong hint when I get a call back from America that itll go to a certain console.
Just having concept art done and music done. Got one full musical piece already and I am impressed.

I cant give a timeframe on that, but ill start putting music on my YouTube channel, and concept art etc. will go here when I get more handed to me to show.

It's dangerous to go Alone.
So doing some more research regarding a PS4 release. Probably not going to happen. The attitude and expectations of that crowd for their games has changed significantly and despite being a gameplay style that began was huge on PS systems, I don't think it has a place. They all grew up and expect other, more adult things from their games. Even in just casually asking people, PS4 isn't crossing their minds.
Seems in the eyes of the public, it's a no go. Who wants a kiddy game on the mature, big boy system? And hey, fair enough. Follow the market. XD

Im going to be a Devil's Advocate. To quote myself, on why you really don't want to be a game developer.
"Stressful? Im racking up a huge debt to sit on my ass and be put through refined creativity torture only to be told im not good enough by the best emotional snipers known to mankind on a daily basis!"

Firstly, the development team has shrunk to myself (3D modelling, animations, programming, writing, testing, art and level design, among everything else) and a composer (The one bit I strangely have no knowledge of whatsoever). Things are a bit tight, we are just going at our own paces. Unfortunately, with just two people and the skill gap, things will take longer.
Secondly, a test level, with the good old Unity "Never stops running guy" is under production. Various conditions to test character physics, even though obviously they don't match the animations. That's working slowly, and we...I should have something produced with that regard by the end of the month.
Third, that's about it. xD
