I often think people say those things to just make me feel better. But hey, if you guys want it I guess.

And if what I'm saying doesn't make much sense, then sorry. My health is deteriorating at an incredibly fast rate. Migraine attacks, light headedness. Cant focus on much. The usual.

Mainly just showing off lighting of the environments. The environments shown in the tech demo will not be the worlds in the game.

Well, it's a very small sneak peak, literally just a small island. It's mainly just to show the art style I'm going with.

That's certainly an art style you got there. Gotta say, I quite like it. Makes the world look like it's made of paper.

As for the lighting hmmm....I'd turn the intensity down just a little bit. Make the shadows pop out a little more.

I feel like once we see the level in motion it will look better. in a still image like that the shadows don't really stand out but in game it might.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

22,018 polys. Need to hit 180,000 to pass my assignment within this scene.

Rendered using Nvidia Mental Ray, and I haven't messed with the lighting much, since that comes much later, along with textures.

Is this for Prime?

"To pass my assignment" so no. This is coursework. XD

Prime will be much lower poly models. More in line with the PS1 styles. Detailed, but not...you know, 20,000 per character and 300,000 per street XD
