Topic: Best Video Game Final Boss Music

For me it was The Final Boss music in Mario and Luigi, Bowser's Inside Story.

I would agree, but... to be different, my two runner up choices:

Super Mario Galaxy 2 Final Bowser

Awesome, dramatic, and... perhaps completely wasted in a battle that lasts maybe a minute at most.

Wario Master of Disguise final boss

Always liked this theme, for one reason.

It feels a bit hopeful. Most end boss music is all dramatic choirs and chanting and heavy instruments and 'you're doomed' feeling. This one makes you feel like you're going to win. It's a nice change of pace.

Hm, close call. But my favourite is probably Diva from Guilty Gear 2: Overture!

Strong contender for favourite: Big Baby Bowser from Yoshi's Island!
