ShirtPunch has cool shirts, only flaw is they have only 1 or 2 designs per 24 hours.

Threadless has a lot of cool shirts, including video game ones. They're usually someone's funny/clever/different take on a video game character (as all the art is submitted by users) so you can get some really good stuff there.
I used to have a blog link here. I'll put it back up when the blog has something to read.
jinx.com has some good stuff, but maybe they can be a bit pricey. They also have a lot of other video game-related accessories, for example I've seen a lot of Minecraft things such as scarves, jackets, necklaces, wristbands and also other things like vinyl figures and bumper stickers. They seem to have a wide variety of merchandise, so I would say check em out.
Where my friends and I usually get stupid:

This reminds me, I can never have more than 3 video game T-shirts at any one time, lol.
I can have the same 3 shirts in rotation for months with no problems, and the very day I buy a new one, one of the 3 I've been using disappears. Oh, and when I find an old one I've lost, again, one of the 3 I'm using disappears.
I currently have a yellow Super Mario World shirt, with Cape Mario Riding Yoshi, with the Rising Sun coming up behind them. In Red, White, & Blue Katakana, it says Super Mario. In Black Katakana, it says 1 cartridge, 4??? (can't figure out that last part, because I don't think it would say players).
I have a green shirt with an Atari 2600 joystic & Atari logo on it, and it says Represent.
I have a black shirt with an NES controller that says Game On.
Can't find:
A grey shirt with old school Sonic (false faded), with the name Sonic underneath in all caps.
A blue shirt with Racoon Mario (whichever one without the full suit) hitting a ? block with his tail, revealing a Super Mushroom.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
