Topic: Best Place to Get Rid of Games?

I'm looking to get rid of some of my wii and ds games I no longer need. Where is the best place to trade in games, anyway? I'm hoping to make some money for some newer games coming out.

Judge games by what they have and not what they could have had

If it's over $8 TIV and a new game you want has a trade-in promo, then EB Games/Gamestop. If you just want cash, then Ebay.

Now Playing: Bioshock

I wouldn't go to Gamestop or EB if you need money.

They don't pay you back well.

Either Game Crazy or eBay.

The Game.

Is it after 9PM EST? You should probably ignore the above post.

Amazon. You can just look up your games on Amazon to see how much other people sell them for used.

Ebay charges a listing fee, a final value fee, and then they charge you more fees for using Paypal (which they own). The costs add up quickly.

Somebody set up us the bomb.

Best place to get rid of games? My room. Just drop them off here, and I'll take care of them.

Come on, friends,

Surprisingly, Gamestop still pays at least $15 for any Pokemon game since the GBA generation.

I would honestly say Ebay, but go with Gamestop if you want to buy other games (you get more store credit than cash). Just do a little research.

I quit taking mine to Gamestop. Mine unless I buy them used look new as they are my collection so I take excellent care of them. Gamestop was selling my used ones as new just to make an extra few bucks. I put my theory to test on several games I traded in with a follow up visit. I would put a small black dot on the bottom of the case with a Sharpie marker. I would go back and they would be on the shelf with a NEW tag. Basically if its worth something I will sell it sepearte on eBay or Amazon. If they are games with low value I will sell them in a Lot on eBay.

Note : I am not condemning Gamestop as a whole. Just the one where I live. Also I knew of this prior to my test because my friend used to be the Assistant Manager there. Same Store Manager there now as when he worked there.

E-Baaaaaay all the waaaaay. Yes there are charges but you build them into your P&P charges (if your smart anyhow ). Trade in prices are rubbish .I'd rather sell em' to my mates for the same price.

What's this bit for again?
