No need to do the sea to finish the regular quest. However it is easy experience and fun. You can find some nice weapons and armor for completing some of the quests. You just need to enter at the second stratum when you go to the forest screen.

Hmm...I go to the forest from the main menu and it is only giving me the option of entering the labyrinth at the 1st stratum.

Did you enter the second stratum yet or warp back before you went down. You just need to enter it for the option to select!

After I defeated Narmer I used my farmer to "go back to market". I visited the Senatus and saved my game.

@Tech I think you actually have to visit the geomagnetic pole before you can warp there. The whole first stratum should be pretty easy if you can defeat Narmer though so it's not too much of a problem getting back down there.

What you can do is put down some of those auto-walk arrows to get from one floor to the next quickly. I use them all the time now. :D Great improvement over EO2.

I've hit a difficulty wall at the 4th stratum. :| I guess I'm going to have to use combat skills to get around now because the random encounters are actually difficult. I hate using TP when I'm just exploring lol. Also the sea quests I'm up to are really darn hard, even though I'm supposed to be at the right level for them. The NPCs they give are slightly below my characters' levels but I keep dying without even getting the boss down to half its HP. :o

I always apply them when I find out where the next level is. Make a path to gather spots then off to the next level.

@HM...you are correct about the magnetic pole...that is what gives you direct access from the town.

Wow...the difficulty of the regular monsters really ramps up in the second stratum in EO3.

I really love the mood of the second stratum...love the art work and definitely love the music.

Persona 2: Innocent Sin Remake incoming!

We got the Persona 1 remake, so hopefully we'll get this one as well.:) It is the only one we're missing, after all.

Now we need the remakes of Persona 2: Eternal Punishment and Persona 4 (let's think in how would it be to control a female Souji Seta and try to hit on Yosuke and Kanji).
