Didn't know you were a preacher's kid, so i didn't know what to expect. Fair enough.
Most people just seem to think of themselves as Christian, but I say methodist because i have been to services at a Methodist church, unlike a lot of people i know who say their Christian but never attend any services or anything.
Fact: 80% of americans say they are christian, but only 5% actually belive what the Bible says.
The South will rise again, my friends. Well, probably not, but I'm a Southerner, too. I wear shoes and never say "yall," but I promise you I am from the south. Short drive away from the gulf. Farthest north I've been to was Dallas. I'm so very adventurous.
I lived in Texas for about 6 years, but I have been seen as far north as Canada.
@Pegasus-Pointless? I think not! Why,this is the best topic since the It's My Birthday topic (which was started by yours truly). Is there a secret reason you will not reveal your gender? I think so!
@Everybody else I live in the South, and I'm a Christian too. I used to go to the Church of Christ in my childhood. But a few years ago,I changed to the Church of God and went there ever since. Oh,and I live in Texas. I used to live in Mississippi and Missouri in my childhood, but I finally settled down in Texas. The South will rise again,it's UNAVOIDABLE!
You stalkers,shame on you! Don't worry RabidPikachu,I'm a gentleman.
But seriously, i believe that figure because, honestly, most of them only say that because of all the presents they'll get at Christmas, they don't care for religion. I could go a lot further but I'll leave it at that.
