Topic: Are you getting a 3DTV?

Also apple has made a patent to make a 3D in there next Apple TV maybe? Also what kind of channels for 3D do you think will pop up next?

I have no desire to have a 3D TV. Could that change down the road? Possibly.
But for now, no thanks.

I actually honestly prefer an old TV, like the burlier ones. (In terms of nostalgic factors)

I don't like the way 3D looks, the colors aren't as vivid and I don't like wearing headgear to make a movie have a little extra visual depth. Plus I'm not made of money!

3D is a phase, much like Blu-Ray is. Blu Rays still haven't topped DVDs yet, and with Digital Distribution popping it's head in with more success then Blu Ray, well sales tell the facts better than I do.
3D causes eye strain, and no one likes eye strain. Plus delving into 3D, means there's alot more that can go wrong, and the price is rediculously stupid. Plus 3D is blowing up faster than the tech can keep up. Why are there 3D TVs when 3D isn't even perfected yet?
