I'm a registered republican but I hate politics people judge partys based on the evil politicians. The thing is ALL Politicains are dirty, you cant trust any of them. Ah, it also has to do with some disturbing trends I've seen in the left wing of Canadian politics. I couldn't vote that way and live with myself, though I'm probably closer to the left-wing on a number of social issues. To the Conservatives my vote now goes.

@Turbo - socialist camp was fun. I remember we had to do the typical Easter egg race, but with a commie twist. First, it was competitive, and we were all trying to get as many eggs as possible in our bucket (and prevent each other from getting eggs into theirs), racing from one end to the other while balancing an egg on a spoon. Everyone was pushing each other and stealing eggs and stuff.
Then, the counsellors said we were doing the race again, but this time, we were supposed to work together and put the eggs into a communal bucket. Well, at the end of the second race, it turned out that there were more eggs per person once the communal pot was divided than there at the end of the first race, when we competed against each other. "Isn't socialism much better than capitalism, kids?"
Ya, it's the Conservative government's fiscal policies that ensured the recession didn't hit us as badly as it did you and other parts of the world. And if you stop exporting PH's MNBFF, we'll stop exporting Jim Carrey, Rachel McAdams, Evangeline Lilly, the Barenaked Ladies, Kiefer Sutherland, and softwood lumber, and THEN you'll be sorry! I'm not planing any thing I'm just agreeing with whats been said. look with the way things are going something of the sorts is bound to happen and it wouldn't be the first time a country/empire collapsed/fell... chances are with the world economy the way it is... we wont be the only ones going down. a world has gone to shit, humanity spiraling down to self destruction. planning??
