Topic: Man Walking Across Grand Canyon Soon, Awesome Video & Photos Inside!

For those that don't know, this is the man that walks on tight ropes across ridiculously high places. Nik Wallenda.

His last thing was walking across Niagara Falls. Another time he walked across the Atlantis Resort while it was pretty windy. lol

In just less than 24 hours, he's attempting to walk across the Grand Canyon.

How crazy is that? I'll tell you, that's absolutely nuts. I won't go near the edge at high places, yet this bro walks way up in the air like its his job (ignoring the fact he made this his job..)

Oh and we can mourn his death here if he falls </3

Oh and he recreated the walk that killed his grandfather. What a bamf.

No nets. No tether. No parachute. He falls he dies.

He even walked a high wire with his mom going in the opposite direction. She sat on the wire while he stepped over her. If either of them lost their balance they both would have died.

They had to lean against each other a thousand feet up in order for her to get up, pretty much impossible for any remotely normal people

This is incredibly interesting, yet very scary. The pressure on his mentality, his adrenaline rush, and the climate he's going against, is enough to persuade any sane man or woman to think twice about this attempt.

I think I'll watch it when it's done and over with, lol.

Heights my greatest fear...

Though it does remind me of the stories of my dad holding my brother, as a toddler, over the Grand Canyon to take a risky-awesome photo. They say he cried for three nights after that. He still needs to sleep with a night light on lol. I'm not sure how Grand Canyon equals fear to darkness though.

Yeah, I'm probably gonna be checking my news feeds to see if he fell though.

I just realize that while they prepare for this event in Grand Canyon, I'm stuck on the opposite end in Southern Arizona.

And he's walking a quarter of a mile, half of that uphill. Some fatties can't walk that at ground level
