Topic: Any deaths in Shows or Movie in Games that made you cry?

For me it was the opening of the movie UP. I was so sad.

Mother 3. Not going to spoil who dies, just going to say "both of them".

Also some parts in Clannad that don't necessarily include death.

I cry a lot in films, not as much playing games (though Fire Emblem: Awakening was pretty emotional for me, but I can't remember if I cried, maybe when the queen killed herself).
Since I play more handheld games there probably is usually not the most immersive atmostphere.
The film that spontaneously came to my mind is of course The Lion King (death of Mufasa), but I could mention everyone of the Disney movies I love: Mulan (when she is left behind after having rescued everyone, okay no death), Hercules (when the girl dies, whose name I always forget) and Beauty and the Beast (though not because of someones death in particular either).
An anime that always makes me cry is The Girl that Leapt through Time (no death aswell, but the ending is really sad; wonderfull film!).

One Piece, just...One Piece.

So far every backstory has broken me(except Sanji, Usopp and Zoro) ;-;

Another one I'd mention is for Hatchi: A dog's tale

Elle in UP. I didn't know I could feel that much for a character I only saw for 15 min. I did cry like a baby during finale of the Flash...it kept building the feels and the scene with his mom...yeah I had an ugly cry over that one.
