I was under the impression Under The Dog was going to be Sci-fi Spagetti-Western Afro Samurai. Judging from what I'm reading here...I guess I was spot on?
So I was reading this article, and when I saw the Pokemon drawings, I thought to myself, "What would it be like if Studio Trigger animated a Pokemon film or something?". Someone did tell me that it be pretty cool to see the Pokemon Adventures manga being animated by them.
Also, I've never heard of Under the Dog, but I did hear very mixed things about the film.

I signed up for the Funimation streaming service (best place for Dubs I could find) and have been really enjoying And you thought there is never a girl online?
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Ack! I forgot all about that one! Maybe that's next up, since I really need something funny right now.
I love the rise(?) of Japanese titles that are just a bizarre sentence. It's especially funny considering how much people use boring, single word titles over here nowadays solely for the sake of marketing (looking at you, Frozen).
I have to say, 91 Days is more interesting than I thought it'd be (it's certainly grabbed me more than last season's early 20th century drama, Joker Game, at least). Not my favorite show of the season, but good. This last episode, Fango shot up from your typical unhinged villain, to someone truly sadistic, with that whole Lasagna scene.
Also, recently finished up my annual summer rewatch of the InuYasha films.

Case in point: Frozen. The name of a Disney musical. Also the name of a horror movie where a bunch of teens get stuck in a ski lift, slowly start freezing to death, and eventually get eaten alive by wolves.
Kill la Kill was absolutely brilliant and I loved every moment of it. This is also the first time I've finished an anime series since I've only recently got into anime.
Now, I'll need to find a new series to watch. One Punch Man looks fantastic, so that'll probably be my next one.
Holy cow, I've never seen so much anime in a store before (it even has it's own section that's decorated with a picture of Goku, the main character from AoT, & someone else)!
They had Akira, Attack on Titan, Bleach, Cowboy Bebop (Series & Movie) DBZ (Battle of Gods & Resurrection F), the Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Ghost in the Shell (2015), Naruto, Pokémon, Tokyo Ghoul, and even Ranma 1/2! Oh, they also put the Avatar: the Last Airbender stuff there too, even though it's only influenced by anime. Probably some stuff I missed, too.
It's like an anime renaissance.

you could always watch Detective Conan if you never want a series to end. :VVVVV
anyway, I've been really slacking watching anime this year. Need to make up for that at some point. Been watching FMA:Brotherhood at points, and it's good but even compared to the original series, god this humor doesn't work. It really really doesn't. It's rare when I ask for a series to stop trying to be funny, but here we are.
@crimsontadpoles don't watch the OVA for Kill la Kill..it's utter and complete garbage and poops all over the series to the point where it ruined the entire thing for me.
Also, anyone who complains about the humor in FMA:B needs to reevaluate their life choices.
