Topic: Angry Birds Epic (rpg) is worth your time and well money or lack there of!

So as not to just fly under the radar Angry Birds Epic is actually a very fun rpg. Anybody else see or is playing this yet?

At first it seems a bit shallow but the further along you get the better it gets. There is no real story but that's not a big problem here. Its 85% mostly fighting which is fine with me.

The game has a lot going for it as far as weapons, types, and strength of those weapons. You could have the same weapon with different strengths. You need items to craft weapons and shields which act as your only armor. You also can buy hats that change your special abilities.

Touch screen controls work well for it also. You just drag a bird over to attack or tap it/drag it to another ally to use a special ability ie heal or protect.

The game get pretty deep as well. You can't just button mash your way through. There is a bit of level grinding but it's not all that bad cuz you can go back and 3 star a fight and gain much needed materials for forging.

You have a 3 bird team but as you play you unlock more to choose from. Each has their own unique fighting style and abilities. There is also items that can be used like increasing your experience for said fight. So far I haven't spent one red cent or plan to.

All in all if I would have to rate this as a fun rpg for others to give a shot I would say it's a solid 8.5-10

I've played tons of rpgs for those that know me for others I would say it ranks in the upper half of the rpgs I've played throughout the years. Its available for ios and android and it's free so you can't complain about the price so give it a shot if you have an interest.

Haven't tried it yet. My android tab charger is broken. (Buying it in 1 week)
I'll make sure to try it out. Does seem promising and fun.

I tried this game the other day, pretty much the best game with the "angry birds" name in it!(and I liked the other Angry Birds games, especially Angry Birds GO!) XD

How present are the microtransactions? I heard they ruined Angry Birds GO!

@Maelstrom you can buy golden coins(or whatever other name they have) to get materials and upgrades, but as far as I got it's fully playable without paying anything(this includes the equipment you can get)

There There but not all that noticeable really. You can totally ignore them tbh. If you go to select a potion per say and don't have any you can use in-game coins to buy more or it will take you to a screen if you don't have enough to use real money. As far as I can see nothing, not one thing has been ruined by them. You can access everything with time and a bit of grinding here and there. Battles get hard at time but in this case hard is also deep and not cheap. A lot of time you need the right birds for the right battles which is why I like it.

good. I hated angry birds go because of that.

guess it's a good thing I didn't go far in Angry Birds Go, seems that it gets prety annoying with the paid stuff

There are about a dozen people on this site that my brain assigns consistant voices to, and I never know who any of them they're supposed from...then again, I'm one of those users, so maybe my brain is just weird...

Not at all. I do the same thing and also apply images of what they might look like just based of their avatar and the way they speak through words!

Angry Birds Go was so annoying, it kind of killed my interest in Angry Birds. no, i am not going to wait or pay to just play the game again

Nope, it's Angry Birds. That alone makes it not worth to me. It could be good, but my pride will not allow me to stoop that low. It's personal preference.
These are the moments where I consider myself glad to not own any sort of smart device.

I didn't mind the original and Star Wars editions never played Go might give this a try though I'm not to keen on mobile games for the most part.
