99 days left! Guys, where's our general all-encompassing annual E3 predictions and speculation thread?

What's going to happen? Will Ninty sweep the floor with everyone else? Will TLOU2* Days Gone steal the thunder and claim all the attention? Will the Scorpio be there? New IPs!? Rumours!? Get hyped and be ready to be disappointed!

All I want is a release date for Crackdown 3. My xbone is on borrowed time at this point.

Edit: Also my hope springs eternal for a new VF but that is a constant yearning. Please please let the Switch get some good fighting games. I'm getting USFIIHD of course but the new MvC:I would be very, very welcome.

Can't wait for an all week coverage on Splatoon 2. (which is delayed until next year, lol)

@Ryu_Niiyama It'll be interesting to see what MS is going to do. Scorpio is going to be there and I assume they have some games ready to launch alongside the system? So either way, Xbox is probably getting some new games in general, cause they really need it.

Just watch, Nintendo's E3 will be an entire E3 dedicated to Super Mario Odyssey.

I hope they will not do it. Don't want the game spoilered!

It won't happen, because it'll be all about Splatoon 2.

Let's hope to finally see that one Retro Studios game.

@Joeynator3000 I hope not for this also. Hope for a soon release, even if i know it won't happen! I'm really curious for first Switch E3 by the way. Hype is real!

Seriously though, I would like an old style E3 conference again. Not that the digital events are bad, but hearing the audience during a big reveal trailer just makes it more epic. lol

Totally agree, even to make more people involved. And this year everyone can enter E3, so it's another good chance for Switch to be known!

im most curious for what nintendo will show for the switch of course and if they will pay some attention to the 3DS.

besides that the most interesting stuff is all the games we dont know about yet.

personally i wanna see a new jet set radio game. might even be a system seller for me. but it won't happen. sega is dead in that regard...

IMO, Nintendo will probably feature a percentage of 75% Switch and 15% 3DS. The rest goes to Mobile.

@FGPackers Gamescom is way more important that E3. I think E3 only allows for 15,000 attendees, while Gamescom had around 350,000 attendees last year. Even Paris Games Week has around 300,000 attendees. Whatever people say, E3 is still an exclusive event, mainly for the press.

I'm most interested in what Microsoft and Nintendo have to offer. Hopefully not too much is focused on VR and the Scorpio hardware itself but more about the games.

I also don't want another 2016 type situation for Nintendo, the 2nd day was honestly more interesting than the 1st because the focus on BotW was way too much. My biggest hope is for something more like 2014 but I'm guessing that's too much to ask.

Even though I'm not as hyped for it, I'm ready for Double Cross to be announced over here. Hoping it'll be more enjoyable than Generations for me. >.<

(also hoping for an HD version, aka Switch)

@Joeynator3000 I think the MH franchise needs a big overhaul and needs to be build from the ground up for the Switch to get me interested in the franchise again.

It doesn't need a big overhaul, they're already putting in new mechanics and stuff in every game, or every other game at least.

I just want the next Kirby title to be shown off at E3. Better make it local and online multiplayer on Switch, Nintendo!
