Topic: A Stalker with Power on Youtube

On Youtube there is a popular user who has been Reporting people that either don't like his videos or He just plain hates them.

He's gotten accounts banned, and He won't stop.

Nobody can Report him for some reason.

and worst of all he accuses his victims of stalking Him, when clearly they don't.

He got one of my friend's accounts deleted for no apparent reason.
