I thought it would make for an interesting experiment to make a thread dedicated to exposing the Nintendo conspiracy that they are stealing their designs from Apple.
This is not a Nintendo bashing thread. I enjoy the line of Nintendo products, I own a Vii and I currently use a copy of Wii Sports as a beverage coaster. I simply thought it would be interesting to make a simple list with very little malicious intent.
This thread is not about whether Nintendo created something or not. Apple may not have created touch screens, minimalist designs, or the concept of listening to music, but they popularized it with their products. This is about things Apple has made/done which were later followed by Nintendo making/doing something similar to what Nintendo had made/done. I'm just a kid with a laptop who discovered the truth about Nintendo, but I encourage you to just look at the facts and come to your own conclusion based on my premise that Nintendo is outright stealing from Apple and that your disagreement with said premise constitutes your admission of being a sheep.

In 1998, Apple debuts the iMac, and introduces the concept of colored translucent casings to the world.![]()
Less than two years later, the Nintendo 64 gets redesigned with new colors. HOW CONVENIENT!!

The Mac Mini is released in 2006.![]()
The Wii is released only months later.

Apple releases the iPhone in 2007, with a UI built around a multi-touch screen.
-3 years later, Nintendo unveils the Nintendo DS, a handheld with a touch interface on its lower screen. COINCIDENCE?!
The iPad is released in 2010.
Only a year later, the Wii U is announced at E3 2011.
Fun fact: while doing my research for this thread, Nintendo called the U.S. government to shut off my Internet access. I called the cable company and they said that they turned off my Internet access for not paying my bill. So it was just a coincidence that the government turned off my Internet at the exact same moment the cable company did? Nice try, Nintendo.
Anyway, please add your suggestions on ways that Nintendo has had similar designs to Apple. Thanks for your cooperation, and spread the truth.
