I thought it was time for a topic less serious or not about games. Thaat's why i made this one. How many of you have stuffed animals that you hold dear? And be honest, don't think this'll make you sound girrly. I have a seal named beluga, and an owl i made today at build-a-bear called Hootwig. Here's a picture of Hootwig. http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/3743/photo38o.jpg Come on, don't be afraid to respond.

I knew it. No one wants to post. It's not like this will make you look like a girl. If a 10 year old can do it, surely older people can.

I had a huge stuffed animal collection, but my parents forced me to give them away in some church toy drive when I was in high school. So many memories down the drain. I had lots of Nintendo plushies as well as cartoon characters and ones that I just thought looked funny.

I managed to hide my childhood teddy bear away though, and no matter how girly it is, Teddy will once again breathe air outside the cabinet as soon as I move out next month. It's okay, Teddy. I understand you, and hopefully my lady friends will learn to understand you, too.

I'm not ashamed of my stuffed animal collection! Here's a picture I took a while back that has a few of my favorites in it: http://photos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak-snc1/v374/217/51/10053...

EDIT: Decided to add a bonus pic with a close-up of the old favorite (had for life) with me in the background making a weird face (I do a lot of that)!

I have two Snoopy ones, and then a killer whale and dolphin from Sea World, and then a German Shepherd one.

I have a little seal that I got when I was 2. I still have it, although it is missing one eye. And Starfy I wouldn't part with, ever.

I meant ones that weren't based off a game or movie, and that you held closely to you. Well, maybe some stuff like that, like starfy would be okay for you corbie , but super meat boy and mater wouldn't seem like ones that you hold close. Heck, I bet the one I just got is closer to me than meat boy or mater is to you.

You look very excited about that stuffed animal, Stuffgamer! I would be, too. Could this be where the "stuff" in Stuffgamer comes from?

I used to have some giant fluffy Snoopy slippers until my mom vacuumed up one of the ears "accidentally." My parents really did not want me around anything stuffed, now that I think about it. I guess it worked though since I am now the manliest man ever.

@SonicMaster: Out of what I've showed thus far, only Pooh is based on a popular cartoon character, and I assure you I hold him close.
Actually, that polar bear was originally Coca-Cola branded, but I lost the scarf he came with YEARS ago. Doesn't count in the same way, anyway.

You probably can't expect TOO much in the way of stuffed animals that adults hold close, though. The kids around here will probably have plenty, but I'm in a minority of 20-year-old's with over 50 stuffed animals.

@Adam: Point of fact, it IS! I almost went with StuffedGamer, but decided that just didn't sound right somehow (the fact that it could also suggest overeating being a large consideration on that point).

I still sleep with my teddy bear sometimes... :S

Now Playing: Bioshock

I sleep with beluga usually, but I wasn't able to bring him with me for summer vacation. We flew down here when we usually drive, so there wasn't enough room. Hootwig can take his place for the last couple of weeks I'm in texas. Then, it's back to Starkville, Ms! And some of you may be lucky enough to start school late august or early september. We start August 6.

@clicketyclick: I'm impressed you aren't afraid to admit it! Such a great group we've got around here, huh?

As for me, the previously pictured polar bear rests snugly in my arms at night. Nice and big, a perfect fit.

@Sean Aaron: I feel sorry for you.

Did anybody like my picture of Hootwig and me?

SonicMaster

Stuffgamer1

@SonicMaster: Yes, I did. Cute owl. And (meant in a decidedly NON-creepy way), you're a good-looking kid, too. Somebody I'd likely befriend in person (I work with kids around my church sometimes, and make some good friends that way).

I refrained from mentioning it earlier because I realize that the previous paragraph looks kinda weird. I hope you know what I mean, though.

I have a monkey that I made at Build-a-Bear named Larry who I literally can't sleep without.
And don't make fun of me, I'm only 11!
